Here we have it! Our FFantastic FFeature FFeel Good, sharing their stories with us. Each episode is unrehearsed, unedited and all very real and raw just how we like it. Please note, we started our podcast platform during the COVID19 pandemic, each recording was made while we all sit in our separate homes, there may be interference and feedback in the recordings.

Caryn best describes herself as a disruptive fashion lover; challenging perceptions and empowering greater inclusion and difference within the many spectrums of this diverse industry. Episode 4: Sober Dave
Dave talks us through his journey to sobriety, now over a year in he shares with us the benefits of his new FFound existence; how it really has given him a new lease of life, mentally and physically.
Episode 5: Dave Linton
Madlug was founded in 2015 by Dave Linton, as former Youth Worker he was heartbroken to learn that most children in care transported their worldly belongings in a bin bag. With just £480, he started Madlug (Make a Difference Luggage) and came up with a ‘Buy one Give one’ approach: with every bag you purchase, one will be given to a child in care and each bag has a label that says “You are incredible” to remind every child that they have value, worth and dignity. Reminding us all that it takes incredible people like Dave to make incredible and life changing impact happen.
Episode 6: Natalie Wright
Natalie shares with us her amazing work in the community to support families affected by youth violent crime - her worries over what COVID19 means to young people that are at the mercy of gang culture and how this amplifies the need for society to face up to the lack of services to support vulnerable groups targeted by youth violence.
Episode 7: Wayne Perrey
Wayne Perrey The TV Carpenter, Wayne spent most of his career in theatre and if you’ve been to a past FF event you will have heard how fantastic his voice is and how awesome he is with an audience. With a passion for DIY he decided to make the brave steps of turning his hand (pardon the pun) to what he loves most - being his own curator of all things carpentry to encourage more people to do their DIY with confidence. From setting up the DIY Doers with Steph Bron creating e-books and online courses he has since set up his TV Carpenter Podcast, he gets to interview the well known faces of our interior TV shows to include interior designers and gardeners to inspire listeners to create their own dream home. Wayne shares with us his journey from handing over the mic for a hammer and how he’s never looked back on his path to his passion.
Episode 8: Thales
This episode with Thales reflects on the response over the tragic racially motivated murder of George Floyd. We share openly how this has affected us all in different ways and how now more than ever we need to have those uncomfortable conversations to diminish inherent racism where we no longer ignore these deep and destructive systemic issues.
