What To Expect From Work Beyond
Your investment to a work beyond session is the first step towards gaining new ways of thinking and equipping yourself with the right tools to support your idea or business to become more exciting than ever.

Our belief is that knowledge and the right ideas can inspire us to go beyond. We've collaborated with Ortus Learning and Events; a space to encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration that is vibrant and inclusive.
Who should attend
Anyone can attend you might be starting to think about setting up on your own; you may have a brilliant idea but not sure what you should do next. You may already have a business or clients but feel like you are stuck and need a fresh approach. Our workshops can also be accessed for SME's please get in touch for more details.
What will you benefit from
This workshop is all about you exploring how you can think differently about what you are doing, identifying ways that you can create progression. This includes lots of practical tools in our 16 page workbook with tasks and examples thrown in for you to see how to put things into practice. The collaboration will continue after the initial session. You will be able to access a FREE 30 minute follow up with us to identify your next steps to work beyond. On the day you'll be connecting to a new and exciting network and you will be encouraged to engage with each other post workshop session. This will:
- Provide you with new ways to explore ideas
- Allow you time to question your organisational structures and habits
- Help you to understand how to prioritise pratically and realistically
- Support you to work towards defining your next steps and boost your motivation
- Encourage ways to collaborate and share
- Equip you with tasks and exercises to support your journey beyond
You will have 5 follow up emails that will reinforce the workshop content with practical tasks to put what you have learnt into practice.
What happens in the workshop
- You will be welcomed at 5pm and introduced to other participants that form part of your new network
- You will participate in a dynamic workshop for 2hrs 30min.
- The session will run from 5.30-7.30pm you will also have a second opportunity to network until 8pm. You will receive a workbook specifically designed to accompany the workshop with resources and tasks for you to complete and refer to beyond.
After initial introductions you will be placed in small working groups and we will ask you to start thinking about your current offer/idea/business - There will be supported tasks throughout; which once completed will help you identify the next steps you need to take. We be will showing you the practical and realistic application of what we are sharing, we will always be on hand to guide and support you.
